RETURN AND REFUND POLICY OF Y2K-SPARK.COM

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact the issuer of your credit card, as it may take some time for the official display of your refund. Next, contact your bank. The display of a refund is often preceded by a processing delay. SALE OR PROMOTION ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular-priced items are refundable. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not refundable.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to replace your item with the same one, email us at contact@y2k-boutique.com.

SHIPPING

To return your product, please contact us at the following address: contact@y2k-boutique.com. The shipping costs associated with returning your item are your responsibility. They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
